Forget a fact about me

Forgets one of the assistant’s remembered facts about the calling user, marking it superseded with no replacement so it is no longer surfaced. Idempotent: returns a status of “forgotten” when the fact was active, or “already_superseded_or_unknown” when it was already gone or never existed (no error in that case). Scoped to the caller’s own account.
