Upload my avatar
POST /v1/api/me/avatar - the caller uploads their own profile image.
Mirrors the agent-avatar upload: base64 in, decoded + validated locally,
then handed to the internal artifacts publisher (Trove), and the resulting
internal download URL is stored as the caller’s workspace_users.image_url.
Self-scoped (resolved from the session, never another user). EMAIL-ORIGIN
only: connector (Slack/Teams) users get their avatar synced from upstream,
so a local upload would be clobbered by the next sync - reject rather than
mislead. Boundary enforced here, not just hidden in the UI.
